Apply for a Film Permit

Apply ICM1 form within 90 days of receiving Film Permit

Filmmaker should start shooting within 120 days after ICM1 form is submitted (can be extended up to 90 days), the Incentive Measures will apply to all eligible expenditure from the permission date of Film Permit.

Shooting period and Post-Production. (if any)

Apply ICM2 form with all receipts and supporting documents within 120 days after finish shooting and Post - Production. (if any)

Your financial documents will be audited within 90 days, then the Committee will consider and approve the rebate within 60 days.

The rebate will be reimbursed within 1 year, possibly much quicker depending upon the period in the fiscal year of Thai Government.
